All working surfaces are precisely ground. The body is painted & handle is chrome plated, for a rust free life. A quality 2"/ 50 mm small Jaw width vice is also supplied along with the base plate in this asembly set, making it a perfect milling kit. This Precisely ground vice's has length x width: 90 mm x 50 mm. Maximum Jaw Opening possible is 45 mm Horizontal and Vertical Vee in the moving jaws for holding Round jobs in this vice. The milling slide's bed has a reference scale , laser marked with a pointer for slide's movement reference of the slide. The vertical travel movement of the slide is 50 mm and are best suited for Bench Lathes upto 150 mm Swing
