Made of 18/10 stainless steel with an induction-ready bottom, this rondeau (or brazier) is the most versatile piece of cookware, its diameter to height ratio facilitating browning, searing, poaching and/or braising. The ergonomic handles are 10-point welded. The body features a 21-gauge thickness or 0.85 mm while the aluminum sandwiched disc is a 16-gauge or 1.55 mm and the bottom stainless steel AISI 430 induction disc is a 24-gauge or 0.63 mm. It comes with a 2-year warranty. * Please note that the largest size (only) (Dia 19 5/8" x H 4" - 21 1/8 Qts. is NOT induction-ready.
